🚧 This site is a still a work in progress! 🚧

UPDATE – Reports are in that the update has been pulled from some cars due to Android Key capability breaking entirely. (Some cars can still access apparently)
Hopefully a new update will be released shortly that fixes this issue, but time will tell.
UPDATE 2 (10/6/2026) – Some users in the FB groups for Zeekr 7X have indicated that the new update will be made available in a few days
While I’m still counting down the days until my own Zeekr 7X arrives in August, I’m genuinely thrilled for current owners. It’s incredibly reassuring to see Zeekr rolling out updates that directly tackle the community’s biggest driving gripes. Hopefully, by the time my keys are in hand, the experience will be even more polished!
Reports say that the download is long (especially as everyone tries to update at the same time) and that the update takes around 25 minutes after commencing the actual installation.
Be aware that the car will be undriveable for those 25 minutes and you will be locked out.
New Features
- Introducing RSPA (Remote Smart Parking Assist)
- This feature is brand new for the 7X in Australia, it allows users to control the 7X to move the car forwards or backwards from their phone while standing outside of the vehicle. Perfect for tight spaces.
- One caveat of this is that it is currently only supported for Apple iPhones. (Android users will need to wait until this is supported in their app)
- More Data!
- This is separate from update but still certainly worth mentioning. At the same time of the update release Zeekr have increased the monthly data allowance to 15GB.
- Introducing CCC 3.0 UWB Digital Car Key
- This feature allows the car to use the Ultra Wideband sensor in mobile devices and watches to unlock the car and drive.
- Just as RSPA, it is currently only supported on Apple devices with Android coming soon.
- It has been stated that the Android implementation of the digital key was not yet ready, so we expect this to be released in a hotfix update for 2.1. (May potentially require dealer installation)

Bugfixes
- Indicator Volume/System Notifications – The main one!
- Drivers of the 7X have been complaining for a long time about the indicator volume in the 7X, where even the lowest setting was regarded as way too loud. This update fixes that.
- As most users had their indicators set to the lowest setting, it is recommended to test as Low may be a little too quiet now if you enjoy listening to music.
- Apple CarPlay
- There are fixes for wireless Apple CarPlay which will offer improved connection and usability.
- Stronger Regen
- Smoother ACC Disengagement
- Lighter Steering
I will be adding to this list as more features are discovered.
Fingers are crossed for..
On another note, things I’d like to see hopefully in the next updates are:
- Z-Tuner (I’m a bit of an audiophile, so this will be great to play with)
- Better navigation software (similar to what the EU has which shows traffic and satellite view)
- More apps in AppLab
- Wishlist
- Kayo Sports
- Plex
- Moonlight Client OR Steam Link
